German Tropical Uniform question.....

Namely gentlemen how do I temporarily lose them and get something more appropriate while I am operating in the North Atlantic? I've tried messing around with the texture files but not being particularly computer literate I've had some very weird results. Mikhayl managed it for his IIB mod so it would seem to be possible.
