Hello,
this is from a flight sim, but concerning drivers this could be a similar problem.
I got white rectangles and flickering with my Nvidia EN7300 512 passive card in the WW1 flight sim "Over Flanders Fields" phase 2.

First i tried to get the most modern driver for the MSI card via automatic update, and installed it - same as before.
I tried all possible seetings from resolution to workshop settings with basic to very dense ground detail, or all sliders two 2, not working.
Then i downloaded another driver a forum member first mentioned, and a message like "the existent driver is a newer one than the one you try to install" popped up.

But it was not so:

Nio's driver: 6.14.11.7474 (the 1.74 is the number mentioned by nvidia), but the "newer" one installed was indeed 6.14.11.6218, or 1.62, in nvidia description, so indeed an older one was installed, but claimed to be the most advanced.

So try to download the 6.14.11.7474 driver (which indeed is number 1.74 in Nvidia description) and install it.

Restart PC, when there is a message like "changed hardware, do you want to install the appropriate files and settings?", click on ok, let the harddisk rattle and all should work.

Good luck and greetings,
Catfish

I mentioned something similar on another thread, I'm recently installed a Geforce 7300 GT 512mb, and with driver problems taking over a week to sort out I'm wondering if the damn thing was worth the trouble.
I loaded the supplied driver 169.21 and tweaked with nhancer, I later realised that nhancer conflicts with Nvidia control panel, by this time I'd dumped the driver and installed the beta 174.74, that was ok for a while, it didn't seem stable, so I uninstalled and have gone back to an old 91.47 version (2006) that I have running with the Control panel only. It is the best and most reliable so far even with the settings on max.

Catfish did you ever sort the problem out with "Over Flanders Fields"?

Hello,
yes, maybe what i wrote was misleading (?).

"try to download the 6.14.11.7474 driver (which indeed is number 1.74 in Nvidia description) and install it."

Did you do that ?

Greetings,
Catfish
