Pan handleing is big business here in Oregon. They've made studies of pan handlers, many of them aren't so bad off .

But look at he bright side, those kids are learning great life skills...

I've always wondered about that. I mean, $100 a day probably isn't unrealistic for some. And that ain't bad.

We had one up in Milton Keynes who used to drive to the town centre, kick off his shoes, sit down to a couple hours' of begging, then knock off and drive home. Got done for it in the end.
