I finally remember why the crewmen don't show on the guns in Tomi's VIIC, and probably on most SH3 .dat imported directly in SH4.

Here is a SH3 AA gun node (from Tomi's VIIC for SH4):



And a SH4 AA gun slot + crewman (from my type IIb) :




SH3 "uboat.dat" can work fine in SH4 but the SH3 "turm.dat" shouldn't be used IMO, because I think it's the cause of the "transparent conning tower underwater" bug :hmm:
