harbour traffic mods

lately i have been trying to get GWX and GWX 2.0 to work with my SH3...unfortunately it does not work with my copy of SH3, or if its just my laptop...anyways, im thinking of just downsizing and maybe a harbour traffic mod...if anybody knows a link to a harbour traffic mod i would greatly appreciate it, because the one link i have found when i clicked on it's just the main page of filefront and i can't find the mod on the site..

really retarded noob question here...harbor mods, they always say that there will be more friendly ships in German controlled harbors...do they guarantee that enemy harbors and ports will be filled with ships?

the traffic is generated by two files the Campaign_SCR.mis file which deals the fixed ships moves and the Campaign_RND.mis file which deals the random ship moves you can open and edit them with the mission editor (SilentHunterIII folder) make a backup before doing anything
