Techincally yes. I'm doing some personal custom textures for some friends. Realistically Final is never really final with me. But I don't have the time in RL as much as I had before.

I have to say I've learnt alot here from the greats including you Venatore. VIIC are also Final you may want to check it out. I will make XXI final but not II's, Fubar already did those as details as possible. I'm going to continue make skins for Tomi_099 subs.

This is why I give the templates so others can continue and improve where I left off. Anybody can use psd files to add rust camo or change the default hull colours to there own desires. I made it easy for anyone to do now. Take a look Vena your a skinner. Link is above and make your own skins. I did the hard work and now you can have fun doing your own.
