For those who plan to upgrade...

Well I just learned a lesson today, dont trust anyone to do anything on your computer. My PS fried and destroy my mobo and a few things, I replaced the parts but it corrupted xp so I needed to reformat the drive. I had a good friend over and asked him to just delete my raid 1 and reformat it and install xp on the same drives again while I went to pick up a package. Well when I came back he accidently formated my backup. Windows specifically says "STORAGE DRIVE" when you are getting ready to pick which drive to format and install windows on, heck we went to the same school I figure this was a no brainer, apparently I was wrong.

Well I lost all my pics 10000+,all my music, all ROW my ROW, deckgun mod, paid for software downloads everything, etc x100, 100 gigs worth of stuff.

Theres only one weakness in my computer knowledge, recovery! Anybody have any ideas what program I could use? I had a recovery program I paid for but that went bye bye also. Any help would be appreciated.
