The enemy are equipped with radar of their own and they're loaded for bear with fancy new depth charges. The radar isn't quite as good as yours though. Just plan on any warship being equipped with it and plan accordingly. It just means you get further ahead on the end around and hit periscope depth earlier. It also means better battery management for the longer submergence times.
