No. TMO 1.4 is a done deal, this is for the version on 1.5 that forced me out of retirement yet again.

This will get the uboat campaign to function:
http://www.ducimus.net/sh4/release/TMO_Enable_Uboat.7z

It currently does NOT under TMO by itself. Some files are contradictve. In order to play the uboat game with TMO and not have it crash because of the mod (can't vouch for stock), youll need TMO SP1 (see readme in OP), followed by the above link enabled in JSGME. The uboat campaign will then behave under stock conditions. It is unmodded as of yet.

Im greatly interested if any of you get promoted at some point.

At the least, check out the ranks page in the career office. I tried to make your promotion and command assignment somewhat realistic/official looking. The last line in the letter, i pulled verbatum from my own worthless wallpaper. Standard spew the military (at least the USAF) gives when someone gets a medal.

edit:

BTW, AS USUAL.. you must be in port when enabeling this patch to TM. I keep forgetting to mention that because it sort of a given.

Well if Neal had scrambled my PW like i asked him too, i woudlnt be here right now. I know the longer i stay here, the greater my chances are of drama occuring with me in the middle of it. I am pigheaded, and i rarely back down from a fight. This site is addictive, thats why i asked neal to make my account inaccessable. I just need to stay focused, on task, and then hit the road like i planned.
