Never tried it. But every campaign layer has a start end date I think. Campaign.cfg
Then every individual layer (.mis) file will have dates also. Then you would have to define every country as to when they enter the war. In the defside.cfg file. Like I said, I have never tried this, and thats about all I have to help you.
