how do i resolve the driver conflicts because its not overheating

Hello
Try with drivers that came with the card.
also maybe something from ati drivers is still there, and may cause problems.

yes and the game is not working at all now as soon as the game starts the whole computer freezes not the game but the whole system no response to anything just frozen like a popsicle

vid cards are notorious for coming with inadequate cooling "out of box".
take the side cover off your case and let a fan blow through.
If no help, clean the entire mobo, ram, cpu heatsink, etc. and reseat all connections.
If you have an SATA drive be very careful the cables are in no bind whatsoever.
I would also do a full vid driver uninstall, including registry entries before going from ATI to NV.
Please don't forget to check your mobo manufacturer for the latest northbridge chipset drivers.

Hello
Try "safe" mode, then you will use only basic vga driver. and can do maitenance.
or put back in box your working ati card, this way at least you can change drivers etc.
