Mikhayl most likely pointed out your problem.
Even Vanilla SH3 (And Penny will beat me for calling it that!)
works better with 2 gigs.

I am runnning 2GB RAM and have a 256MB NVIDIA GeForce Ga 7600 graphics card. So I know I have enough power but I have not been runing it as admenestrator. Will try that. THANKS AGAIN.

I found the actual article for a temperary fix reguarding that blasted nvlddmkm error message.

This is microsoft temp fix till Vista's SP1 is released.

Remember keep your FPS high and lower graphic settings if this occurs too much.
