ROW Rocks!

After nearly a year of playing stock SH4 plus upgrades I have finally bitten the bullet and loaded the ROW mods. OH MY GOD!! They are fantastic. Now I know what all the old seadogs have been talking about. The sea looks as though it is about to pour off my screen, the deck gun firing made me leap out of my seat and go whooping around the house (much to my wife's annoyance) and the explosions and oil slicks just round the game off beautifully. I could wax lyrical about the improved bow wave and wakes but fear that I could be considered sad. The guys who worked on this really have improved the game beyond all recognition and have justifiably earned a place in whatever heaven they believe in.

But the weather.....Does it ever stop raining?

The guy was a genius. He has taken a rough gem and polished it into a fine jewel.

, he was much more, he would help anybody that needed it, from forum veterans to rookies, it did not matter. He will never be forgotten.

Dave was a real good friend. It was fun working with him.The thing is his work was so good, UBI noticed. Dave is the first person listed in the credits of the U-boat addon.

I saw a mention of oil slicks. Does it go both ways? As in, if my boat is injured will it leave a slick? Along with the baddies o' course...
