Zalman makes decent coolers indeed, use their 9700-CU for my processor, an opteron 165 currently runing a 56% overclock, so thats 2.8ghz instead of the stock 1.8. Can go as high as 3.1 for benchmarking but my motherboard cant supply ennough voltage to get it stable at anything over 2.85 for everyday use.
Allso when it comes to overclocking the thermal interface material used can make a huge difference, personaly I recomend Coolabs LiquidPro, but if you use it make sure it does not comei nto contact with aliminium as it corrodes it quite rapidly, copper and silver on the other hand work just fine.
