Goldenrivet gave you your answer with the no fatigue option. If your game is dragging near ports your equipment( computer) needs an upgrade in memory or your processor is too slow or your video card isn't what it used to be.....either/or the lite harbor traffic will help immensly but you will miss some gr8 ships taking that route.
