Potentially yes! A good place to hunt should be near the Panama Canal. That's where they gotta go to transfer to the Pacific to fight your Japanese allies.
 The US also kept some battleships in the Atlantic to help keep on eye on the Tirpitz and for use in Operations Torch and Overlord.
