Yea, Rhodes, Germany had training shipy like that too, the Gorch Fock and others... actually built during the 1930 period.
What about portuguese Destroyers? Naval Warfare ships between 1939 and 1945? Hell they have F16s today, so they must have dad a PROPER navy back then?
