There is a section in the GWX Manual called "The 10th Flotilla in the Far East." Within it (on page 166) you will find Table 12, which lists all of the grid references (e.g. , "MALABAR") for the Indian Ocean patrol zones ("Malabarküste"). Page 167 shows a map of the Indian Ocean with all named patrol zones. Hope this helps! Pablo
