Since TM is split into three parts. You can load the main file and omit the Graphics part which does have ROW components in it; then you can go with the complete ROW thing as you like;
My install order is: 1_TM 2_TM_Graphics 3_TM_Sounds couple of ROW files plus the new sky and ocean controls; these files do not overwrite anything in TM. RSRDC latest version plus patch... I have cut way down on mods it just keeps trouble away and things run better.
