probably the case was low memory. try removing a few rarely used programs from your C: and see if that improves things any. My wife's computer had a similar problem... the easy solution (considering she saves every photograph she ever takes on her C
 was to go out and get her a brand new 500 gig C: problem solved (at least for a few years time i think)
