Is there a 1.2 to 1.4 patch?

Is there a 1.2 to 1.4 patch or do i need to download the entire 1.4 patch?? i only ask this because i have just been capped/shaped and it will take me 6 hours to get 1.4 >.< .... i already have 1.2 installed though.

Dont think so 1.4 is cumlative.

Can be applied to 1.0 on up.
