Try it
We noticed it while building GWX 2
Thought it was of our making so tried it in GWX 1.03 then rolled all the way back to stock to find it didnt work there either

Didnt go as far as trying stock 1.0 \ 1.1 etc as didnt work in 1.4
Wonder if ever did

I know the 1.4 patch " broke " the land units camera views
Earlier patches may have disabled that renown for sailing home too
If ever worked that is

Just like driving a car... "parking" is a really important skill for all Kaleuns
