and the open torp tube sound was never played or not loud enough to be heard? any fix underway?

I assume opening the tube door has no affect on your speed since there's no command to close it again.
One time I thought "I never closed the forward tubes! I must be waisting fuel!" |

Hitting q on an open tube should close it.
