does SH3Gen info/intelligence "update "during game play?

I'm almost sure it doesn't unless you run it again. It's only a "snapshot" of that time you run it.

100% correct Samwolf. You have to save the game, stop SHIII, re-run SH3Gen and then reload the save game to get an update during a patrol.
