. In august 1942, I have the cut down tower for the USS Swordfish(Sargo), and the inbase screen gives me the option to install SJ-radar. At the start of patrol, it is however not available (although the 3D mount is attached to the tower in the bridge view)

Thats weird. You equip it, and its not working?

3. Could you add 'progressive bases' in your campaign (Pearl Harbor -> Midway -> Guam etc, for example) like in RSRDC?

I havent touched, nor played RSRD, so im not sure what your talking about. Lurker i think has something planned, so ill let him work that all out in his own time.

Donut, i get too many PMs. lately. Ive had my inbox topped at 100 messages, 3 times in the last week and a half. I'll say up front, i do not answer them all. Infact, 90% of them i don't. It's gone beyond, "hey is this a bug in TM?" to, help with modding, and what basicaly amounts to everyone wants their own customized version of TM. I can only work on one version of TM, and the vision i have in my mind, is the one that will win out.

Color me credulous. There is a VERY SMALL chance of a plane spawning at night. What i think what happened was you got detected, and acutally made the random chance for an airstrike. I imagine that this is an incredibly rare occurance.

That said, i'll change the nightime modifier to 0, from its current 0.2



Question: Early war conning tower.

Would anyone lament its loss? I have to admit, as soon as i started my career game, i was eagerly looking forward to the next one. It just dont give me that classic fleet boat silloute. blech. This is one of those Historically accurate vs gameplay issues. :rotfl:
