Just using one ship model, and essentially trying to use it again, under a different name and equipment configuration and create an entirely new object while leaving the old ship alone? If so, D/L and reverse engineer this mod http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?t=114033 Its really not hard at all.
