The reliability param is another thing, and depends on your config. If you configure Sh3Gen to use only the SCR layer, it might be a good idea to lower the reliability until the updates are not always dang on. If you use the RND (with or without the SCR) reliability is a big problem because Sh3Gen can only guess if the game will spawn the unit or not. So it might be best to set reliability to max in that case. The default setup is intended to be a good compromise of you use all the default features, but depending on whether you're a casual player or a realism freak you must move them into one or the other direction.

There is a guide on how to add/edit marks into the Sh3Gen GIS part, but it involves complicated procedures like editing an xml file and creating approximate marks in SHIII in the correct order. I did not expect a lot of people to use this feature, it was just the only working approach I could come up with. Maybe you could download the full TatukGIS application (it has a trial period of 30 days) it has full functionality to edit the maps generated with Sh3Gen. You could also get a completely free GIS tool (like QGIS or SAGA), but it requires some knowledge that I cannot teach. Maybe someone else in the forum can do it one day, I know there are some regular users who have cracked it without any trouble.
