Before anyone flames me for saying it....I love the game...I have played every subsim available, including floating on inner tubes as a child, pretending I was Bungo Pete back in the 70's, and I work in the video game industry..(I know how it goes)....All they have to do is pull the camera in closer to the gun, and create a smaller gun to get the right perspective.

Still having a blast....and just a bit annoyed. Thanks again for confirming!

Pick a "Gunner" with 100/or more experience, assign him your AA gun and don't worry about "Betty" or that "Zero", he will hit it every time ( well almost every time ). No Captain should be shooting planes when he has the ship/boat itself to run. Actually it's better to hit the "P" key way before that sucker gets his sights on you, kick your submerged speed down to 1 knot, step up the TC till dark thirty and then come up for air, call 1/3 speed beef up the TC again. Save a lot of diesel this way ( and enemy sightings of you ).

But if you are still wanting to be shot at by those awful Bettys and Zeros I'll loan you my gunner. Just make sure you feed him enough tuna.
