Sorry I haven't been as responsive as I'd like, but I'm battling a hard drive problem that's giving me fits. Soon as I'm able, I plan to update my site to 2008

Also a suggestion: think about creating an armed oil-rig (like the Iranians had during the Iran-Iraq war) similar to how there is an armed fishing-boat -- No big weapons, just 50-cal and maybe a shoulder-launched SAM.
