It actually has the option to have the Black Sea, Indian Ocean campaigns, or the whole war at once: the default is the Atlantic and the Mediterranean. The Black Sea and Indian Ocean missions do not use the Mediterranean water. We tried to make sure the individual missions had the right water type, so please let us know if you think they do not.
