If you are using JSGME remove my mod first before making changes to it otherwise changes will not take effect. then go to C:\Program Files\Games\Silent Hunter Wolves of the Pacific\MODS\John Hamm's uniform Mod V1.0\Data\UPCData\UPCCrewData\ ranks file open it in a text file and look for lines that read
[Rank 1] ID=NR3rdClass Level=1 TreeType= USNavy NameDisplayable=Seaman 3rd Class Image=1 3DClothingIDLink= ClothingE1 XPRequirement= 0 LevelUp= Base this is the line you are looking for, on each of the MaxQualifications= 1 ranks change "Base" to "Free" MaxLocalAbilities= 1 MaxGlobalAbilities= 1 AvailableQualifications= NULL AvailableLocalAbilities= NULL AvailableGlobalAbilities= NULL GetLocalAbliltityChance= 0 GetGlobalAbliltityChance= 0 EfficiencyMod= 0.7 LeadershipBonus= 0.7 |

The simplist fix would be to add capt cox mod and then place mine after his and that should fix your problem. I did not design my mod around his hats only around his uniform shirts (actually I should have included the hats I guess I just didn't think about it) sorry
