Thank you for the heads up Mush
 It's not a terribly complex mod; mind you, that version of the file is really outdated and wouldn't match any of the current ones. Let me know what you're using as far as major mods and I can just cook up a quick free-cam config with whatever FOV you like  You can also do it yourself by tweaking "angular angle" for the free cam in something like SH3 Mini Tweaker.
