Default Do me this favor

Please tell me under what circumstances this is happening, what theatre are you in, what class of ship, and what rank of crew is it happening with. also are you using high res or low res textures? I downloaded the mod from the link and installed it and have not been able to recreate this I have tried various things so if you could send me your save game file I.E. C:\=My Documents\SH4\data\cfg\SaveGames\0000000 (what ever the #)\ActiveUserPlayerUnits.upc to jwhokc13@yahoo.com that will help me to isolate the problem and maybe a screen shot too and advise me of campaign type, sub type, and what patrol # you are on. Other possiblities are. as stated before, you have .5 still installed, you are running on low textures instead of high, all of these are high textures shirts, I didn't do any pants so it still takes the pants from the game files and not the mod files. let me know, I'll be up all night, and I'll start working on it as soon as you give me the info.

Sorry, I haven't been able to get back to you yet. I won't be able to send you any files until I get home from work

Anyway I can answer some of your questions....

I did uninstall .5 first using JSGME.
I do not have low detail textures checked on the options menu
I'm steaming out of Pearl in a Tambor in early 42

Now I did upgrade from .5 to 1.0 while out on patrol. That may be affecting the install... I know it does with some other things that modify the UPC files. One of the things I want to do when I get a chance is start a new career with the 1.0 version of the mod already in place. I'm guessing that will fix the issue... so don't knock yourself out on this until I get a chance to confirm for you

Default okay

IC version .5 is structured diffrent and much smaller than 1.0 thus they can't work together ( i know you uninstalled), the game will look for files that aren't there and will replace them with a best fit. I.E if you are ever missing a uniform file your crewman or officer will get a long sleeved blue shirt. You'll know its a generic shirt from the game (if you have my mod in place) because there will be no insignia on it (Every uniform shirt in my mod has at least 1 insignia on it). Also if you use it in the middle of a campaign it will again ony be able to pic up bits and pieces from some files and not all that it needs to operate properly. I did however find a string of code last night while I was trying to re-create your problem that made random generated pants, thinking this may be the problem I edited along with a couple of other things that might be the problem. So I guess what it boils down to is send the file to me and I'll check it out and but I think we have our problem solved. So place a clean 1.0 in jsgme and start a new campaign both of those are essential. If that doesn't fix it Download the fix file I placed at the top and that will certainly keep the pants from changing.

Yep, that did it. Uninstalled the mod, deleted the entire %userprofile%\documents\SH4 folder for good measure, reinstalled, started a new career, and hey! presto... everyone is wearing their own shirts.

Thanks... and great job on the mod.
