I do keep looking back at this report & I seem to find more things. Notice near the final d.c. drops that they ganged up in the 3-ship fashion to keep a grip on their pinging, (by the 3rd to final runs it notes the Spey was joined with Pelican & Leopard), and runs.
I have a question on the details to wonder, and I would like to figure out the real terms that may had been used by the Royal Navy is about the notes of D.C. depth settings noted by "traps" & "throwers"? I am just taking a guess that determines that the d.c.'s were launched of stern racks (traps), and side rail (throwers). (?) :hmm: |
