Actually you can as long as you have at least 1 empty slot for the torpedo to unload to

Hmm, I've tried switching between the different sections. Maybe I should try it again once I return to port. Thanks for the suggestions.

IMHO I dont like the game loading me out with what the game chooses...if they are available I would choose to load the whole sub with em...I dont think they made just 4 and said forget-a-bout it...
