Guys on the USS Flasher probably had a self-image problem too.

What a name for a sub. To be named after the mythical creature that was controled by Davy Jones Himself. A monster of the deep that would come up and destroy a ship without warning. A fitting name for a Sub.

Are you aware of the British 'Insect' class gunboats? They had one called HMS Cockchafer.
