Fact is I'm Canadian so I'm already tied to it. For Canada it is the vehicle for us to lay claim to our waters to the north, the northwest passage, etc...
Call me old fashioned but once you ratify a treaty I think you don't dump it. *cough*Kyoto*cough* |
