Default Sen Toku to Tough ?!

I have set Up a Test Mission for Torpedo Hit Tests on Warships.

There are was the Yamato, Then the Nagato an a Fuso.
Then a Heavy Cruiser with aft Flight Deck.
and a Sen Toku Sub.
Then 2 Carriers

Results are.. The Yamato need more than 6 Torps.. ( One full Salvo is´nt enough to sink it. I used 10 Torps... Now it will sink
The Nagato need 3 or 4 Torps
The Shokaku Carrier need 1 or 2 . The Hiryu need 2 or 3.
The Cruiser is badly damaged after 1 and need a second Torp..

NOw comes the Sen Toku ...
I fired a single Torp.... but nothing happens... No Hole in the Hull or equal...
Now a second one... at the stern section. The Same, No Hole in the Hull, but only the Sub go a little bit deeper here in the Water, the aft Deck was overwashed..
Now i firing 2 Torps ( One at the Bow and one at the middle...')
Big Detonations but nothing happens anymore... It seems to be like " Torpedos.. No Danger for me".

For every Sub Type in WW2 there is a single Torp Hit enough to sink or instant destroy it i think.
These 6500 Ton Boats hav´nt any Armor that are able to deflect the Yield of the Detonation of a 350 kg HE warhead !. Such Armor is only used on Battleships

Greetings
