Weather not working

Something I just realized, Not only does it looks like it's storming without rain, I just noticed I have no wind sound either. At first I thought maybe there was no wind, but if there is no wind and no rain, how can I have a storm? So then I just figured the movies everyone posts has some kind of weather mod that had rain and wind, but now I'm not so sure as I couldn't find anything. Any ideas everyone?
