had simular problem, i bought a "vesa" (universal standard) mount you can find anywhere you buy lcds at and mounted my screen upside down then used the video control panel to flip the screen 180 degrees so it was right side up again.
now it is only dark when im standing up and sitting down it is nice and bright. they did change the bearings color to dark green for better visibility and size with better scopes mod so search for that if you still need it. |

Thanks for the tip on the Monitor, will have to give it some thought and check out the vesa brackets you speak of.
On the other note, i did try the Better Scopes 1.5 mod but didnt see any diff in the color of the bearing display. I will have another look see at it though. But was just thinking if i could some how change the color codes in the 'ini' file, that would be easy but so far no luck. Again though thanks for your help, very much apreciated. |

when i experimented with this found that the color change seems to be dependant on the itemID in the menu.ini. I haven't found a way to make new items change color though... if a dev could point us in the right direction here i'd be grateful
