What is the correct procedure for adding mods when you have multiple but separate careers?

Do you only need to enable the mods through jsgme once or for each separate career?
I can screw things up and never know why.

What I mean is that if you have different mods enabled for the different careers you might cause trouble to your installation. Let me explain this with an example.

Let's say that you have career A with a VII and career B with a IX. now obviously you want to enable the correct Sub Skins for the two boats in the two careers. The way I would do that would be:

1. Establish career A in SH3Cmdr
2. Rollback SH3Cmdr (if needed)
3. Enable the skin for VII with JSGME
4. Run GWX to create the files you need and start playing the game.
5. Save and exit (let's say you're mid patrol)
6. Establish career B in SH3Cmdr
7. Rollback SH3Cmdr

Here is where the problem can happen. If you want to get rid of the VII skin to use the IX skin you might mess up your installation. I would suggest you get your Career A in port, then Rollback SH3Cmdr and then alter any mods you like. This of course apply for any mod you want to use. Is this more clear? If not let me know and I'll explain it further
