a friend of a friend went there when the project was just being planned. his words -'the ground is just too damned soft'

its going to have major erosion issues, not just the lake after it either.

Good idea, yet poor execution. Hydroelectric power is a good way to move forward, but China needs to be ready to invest.

I'm not suprised to see this comeing about. They were warned, but they didn't listen. Now they have to sort it out, but I'll doubt it will happen!
