So I've had to completly uninstall now.

Re-installing.

I can't make this work, I guess I am going to give up...

EDIT: If anyone feels up to the task for creating a JGMSE MOD to enable the XXI at any given time, I for one would enjoy a MOD like this. It is beyond my capabilities.
