Editing Crew

You an promote crew via SH3CMDR, but I am not sure how high, and they have to conform to the structure of SH3.
J. Jones says he will not develop a SHIV CMDR. There was some one who was going to develop a similar program, but I don't think it happened.

I tried to install it to SH4 but it wouldn't sork ... so how would i install SH3 commander into SH4 ?
