These are more work from the Reflections on Water Mod ( it is nearing completion ), the link can be found in the first post of this thread.

They are from a post by Digital Trucker The reason I am posting this stuff again is that SH4 looks dam good now, dam good, more folks need to see this great work being done by modders here.

Kinda senda a chill down yer spine, doesn't it. this mod is huge step forward, Makes me wunder, what else you guys are gonna come up with

Exactly Gunner! I was able to grab Seeadler environment mod before he took it of the mod forums because of an issue with it and I can say my FPS increased. The sky was changed in Seeadlers mod and I believe this was the source that helped my FPS. I'm thinking this mod here created by Leo and Kriller (sorry if I missed the others involved) is going to blow me away and also increase FPS for some. I have been checking to see if it is ready for download just about every hour on the hour. IMHO, this one group effort is going to be awesome. The proof is in the screenies the testers have been posting

Yeah, I have not noticed any slowdown with this. Another pic, this one from Bill Nichols, shows the Camera Mod as well .

Hey by chance are u experiencing more instances of the jellow seas? I seem to notice it more, well at least in the area about 800 nm east of Iwo jima. Jello seas i mean after time compression u go to a outside view and the engine seems like its stuck trying to load the ocean data or something, so the waves do the jerky motion. It usually only lasts for me for about 10 seconds or so. But occasionly quite a bit longer. Just food for thought? Other than that all is well, i dont believe i have the camera mod portion but all the eye candy is awesome

With the work being done here, mine are changing almost daily. I did have the one you posted as well, but it has since changed.

When it comes to desktop backgrounds I'm a minimalist...

If you have guys have some more water-only-type images suitable for backgrounds I'd like to see em!

Default Unbelievable!

And I almost missed the thread thinking it was just another me-too thread. This is one mod I'm really looking forward to. Hope it will be fully compatible with Trigger Maru or I'll have to do without. NOTHING is allowed to muck with Trigger Maru! I have more respect for Ducimus with every day I use it. He may not write the mods but he sure makes them work together!

Between this and LBO I'll be spending all my time on the bridge watching the ocean and sky at 1x TC and not getting any Nips safely on the ocean floor! Great work guys.
