Hi ABBAFAN
 Check out SuperAntiSpyware. Google it. You will be pleasantly suprised by it. It's a long story why I have it and have two norton systemworks,one the premium version and four other of there products sitting in a drawer now. If I can give you more info please pm me. It got rid of a nasty and very aggressive problem. Norton and their support let me down. Check it out and let me know what you think. And Good Sailing.
