I have had a bad install of the original game and one of the patches.
I will suggest what I did the last time. Uninstall everything (and I mean everything related to SH4) reinstall the game, patch to 1.3 only. Be careful about adding mods after this cause they can cause conflicts sometimes. Do tests on mission & single patrols till you achieve what you want in the game. Then tackle the campaigns.... JIM
