Gaming Laptop 4 SH4??

Ditto on this with RC,

Let's get some intel on the best laptops, let us know. I've tried a couple of times to find out here. I don't think too many of you guys play on a laptop....speak up if you do, thanks

I believe most laptop "manufacurers"(including alienware) actually all buy from the same place (or two). Most laptop / notebooks come from Taiwanese manufacturers so it probably pays to shop around for a good deal.

The problem I'm having, is sorting through the 100's of combinations available and trying to make head or tail of what each one actually delivers.

I run all my games on my laptop. Dell XPS M1710, Core 2 Duo T7400 2.16ghz, 2GB RAM and a 512mb nVidia 7950 GTX card.

On 1920 x 1200 resolution, with high definition graphic mods and full graphic options I get about 20/25 frames a second, which is more than enough.

I play ito n a laptop now since i am currently deployed in Iraq, and it is on a HP pavillion dv9000 series notebook, i run it at 1440 X 900 with the nvidia go 7600 graphics card and iget bout 25 FPS with that. it runs pretty smoothly unless there is a large convoy in the area. trhe specs in my signature is the puterthat is waiting for me when i get home.

sweet so it sounds like i dont need a uber laptop to play this at full spectrum... Keep it safe and trust no one renegage 623, never doubt wether to shoot or not..Hearts and minds, that ship has sailed
