That would be Glenn Miller. I play that same instrument and I was in a Big Band. BtW he went to HS in Fort Morgan Colorado. I went Just 7 miles away at Brush. I have added my entire collection of his music to Silent Hunter. Have it playing on the Radio and Phonograph all the time. I sometimes Taunt the Japanese Destroyers with it. American Patrol is the Best song for the game.

Artie Shaw. Glenn Miller a close second. Tex Beneke a close third.

I was going to say all I did was copy all my Glenn Miller into the Washington radio sttation and when ever I am on the surface I can listen to him. Underwater I have it all added to the Gphone as well so I can play it there too, Three CD's of the orignal recordings and there not digital remastered eather so it sounds authinc as possable. Benny Goodman Would also make a good Band to have as well.

You're welcome.

As for Tokyo Rose, there just doesn't seem to be a lot available. Archive.org has a few, but only from 1944 and 1945.

Oh, my favorite artist of the era: Spike Jones.
