I have a question then that is related to this subject...I have promoted almost everyone in my crew to Chief Petty Officer....do I just keep a bunch of Chiefs on board rather then rotate them off with other guys who are junior. I do much enjoy when Friday comes around and its time to field day the boat that a bunch of chiefs get on the deck and do some scrubbing
